Introducing 3 new Rudy's specials...

First up we have the ‘Nduja Ortolana, a seasonal vegetarian pizza. San Marzano tomato base, topped with fior di latte, vegan nduja, roasted tenderstem broccoli, Kalamata olives, and garlic + oregano chestnut mushrooms. Finished with fresh rocket pesto + basil. Why not make it vegan? Feel free to switch to our vegan cheese on us.

Pumpkin Cinghiale

Our next special is a pumpkin twist on our famous Cinghiale, inspired by Autumnal ingredients. Pumpkin cream base with fior di latte + Grana Padano, topped with Calabrian Black Pig nduja, wild boar salame + green chilli. Finished with crushed toasted walnuts, fresh basil + olive oil.

Lucania

Finally, the Lucania, created by Giuseppe Sollazo from Basilicata in Italy, who is Head Pizzaiolo at Rudy’s Chorlton. This is his Rudy’s twist on a pizza from the famous pizzeria Fandango, in his home region. Grana Padano, fior di latte + smoked mozzarella base, topped with garlic + thyme roasted sweet potato, red onion + rolled pancetta. Finished with fresh basil, olive oil + breadcrumbs toasted in smoked paprika + chilli flakes.
