At Rudy’s we’re celebrating National Pizza Week with the launch of two brand new specials.
Introducing the White Capricciosa, in collaboration with Michele Pascarella, no.1 pizza chef in the world and founder of Napoli On The Road, this is a twist on one of his best selling pizzas.
This January we are also brining you the Triplo Pomodoro e Bufala. In collaboration with AVPN + Gianluca Cigliano, their master pizzaiolo, this is a Rudy’s twist on the classic triple tomato pizza from their recipe book.
White Capricciosa
Sorrentina fior di latte, topped with mixed wild mushrooms, artichokes, finished with Emilia-Romagna prosciutto cotto, black olive crumb + truffle oil.
Triplo Pomodoro e Bufala
Hand crushed San Marzano tomato base, topped with red Piennolo tomatoes, bufala mozzarella, finished with Puglian sun-dried tomatoes + basil oil.
