Dario

Dario joined Rudy’s Peter Street as a Junior Pizzaiolo in 2020, after lots of training and hard work, he was quickly promoted to Head Chef. Since then Dario has excelled in everything he has set his mind to, and in 2023 he became our Rudy’s Academy manager.

He has shown excellent skills and knowledge, and has been incredibly dedicated to the Rudy’s brand ever since joining, so who better than Dario to train all of our wonderful new Pizzaiolo’s? A true Rudy’s success story!
