Ciao Autumn Specials
This Autumn we are bringing you two new seasonal specials. Introducing the Gorgonzola + Capocollo, created by Lorenzo Vitali, our Head Pizzaiolo at Rudy's Harborne.
We are also bringing you the Almost Lasagne, this special is a Rudy's twist on the clasic Italian dish.

Almost Lasagne
Bolognese base with Pecorino, topped with marinated red + yellow cherry tomatoes + Pecorino bechamel. Finished with fresh basil and olive oil.
Gorgonzola + Capocollo
Sweet gorgonzola base with Grana Padano + fior di latte, topped with fresh rosemary + Tuscan Capocollo. Finishes with toasted walnuts, chilli honey, basil + olive oil.
