We’re proud to produce pizzas to the same Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) standards that Italians demand. AVPN was founded in 1984 in Naples and it certifies pizzerias that use true, authentic Neapolitan pizza.

It means zero compromise on ingredients, correct proving, pinning and baking by properly trained pizzaioli. AVPN is our north star when it comes to quality and we never veer away from it.
